Mental Health Awareness Month in May - Join us for our 1st annual: Walk for Wellness!

9:30AM: Check-In and Registration
10AM: Walk Begins
POST-WALK: Celebrate with us with face painting, activities, music, and more!

Held at the beautiful Glenroy Preserve, in Nottingham, PA, you're invited to join us for a free community event!
We encourage you and your family and friends to walk, hike or run your way to wellbeing! We have several trail walk/run options (you can find them below)

Choose from 3 courses
A Family Friendly Scavenger Hunt Trail Walk.
You can choose to participate in the scavenger hunt, or just enjoy a shorter stroll through the preserve.
3-mile Trail Walk/Run (easy)
This longer trail will still be very walkable. Extend your time in nature, or challenge yourself to go a little further!
5-mile Trail Run (moderate difficulty)
For our more adventurous participants, this trail will not only be longer, but will also include stream crossings and steep inclines.
Share our Event
We want to share the gift of wellness and community with as many friends as possible and we would love if you would share this event with your friends, families and neighbors!
Walk for Wellness Sponsorship Opportunities
Promote wellness in our community through educational programs and help us make mental health services affordable and accessible to everyone in Southern Chester County.
